** Shares of both Mister Car Wash Inc  MCW.N  and Leslie's
Inc  LESL.O  rise ~10%% before the bell as cos set to join S&P
SmallCap 600  .SPCY  index
    ** MCW on course for biggest one-day pct advance since Dec
2021, while LESL could post biggest rise on record, if gains
hold
    ** MCW to replace ExlService Holdings  EXLS.O  in SPCY
effective Mon, Oct 3, S&P Dow Jones Indices announced on Fri
    ** Pool supplies retailer LESL to join the index on Weds,
Sept 26 - S&P Dow Jones
    ** LESL to replace GCP Applied Technologies Inc  GCP.N ,
which is being acquired by France's Compagnie de Saint-Gobian
S.A.  SGOB.PA  in $2.3 bln deal
    ** Through Fri close, MCW has fallen ~53%, while LESL has
lost 43%
