       June 12 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
COLRUYT  COLR.BR :
The Belgian retailer posted a full-year net profit of 357
million euros, excluding one-off effects, and said it expects to
match that figure in the current fiscal year.
    
DSM-FIRMENICH  DSFIR.AS 
The Dutch and Swiss chemicals maker announces sale of yeast
extract business to Lesaffre
    
EXOSENS  EXENS.PA :
The  French optical component maker announced the full exercise
of the over-allotment option for 52.5 million euros.
        
PROSUS  PRX.AS : 
Prosus anticipates an increase in its core headline earnings per
share and headline earnings per share this year, while earnings
per share are expected to be negatively impacted, it said on
Tuesday.
    
UMICORE  UMI.BR 
    The Belgian metal recycling group 
    lowered its guidance for 2024 on Wednesday
    , saying customers' demand projections for battery materials
steeply declined in recent weeks, becoming the latest supplier
