Wall Street's main indexes dipped on Tuesday as renewed concerns over a U.S.-China trade conflict dampened sentiment, while investors parsed results from big U.S. banks, which kicked off the third-quarter reporting season. .N

At  1130 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.13% at 46,006.40.The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.53% at 6,619.40, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 1.01% at 22,466.04.
