Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, Notice of Annual
General Meeting 2023 and Proxy Form

 

 

9 June 2023 - Experian plc (the "Company"), the global information services
company, hereby notifies the market, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R,
that the above documents are being submitted to the UK Listing Authority
National Storage Mechanism and they will be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

 

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General
Meeting are also available on the Company's website at www.experianplc.com
(http://www.experianplc.com) .

 

The Annual Report and Accounts have been prepared using the single electronic
reporting format specified in the UK Transparency Directive European Single
Electronic Format ("ESEF").

 

The 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Merrion
Hotel, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, D02 KF79, Ireland on Wednesday 19 July
2023 at 9.30am. A summary of the resolutions and the reasons they are being
proposed is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of
Annual General Meeting.

 

The additional information required under the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules sourcebook 6.3.5R, including a description of the risks and
uncertainties for the Company and a statement of directors' responsibilities,
and as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March
2023, was included in the Company's preliminary results announcement released
on 17 May 2023.
