Bond Issue

 

 

16 January 2025 - Experian plc, the global data and technology company,
announces that its subsidiary, Experian Finance plc, rated A3 / A-, has priced
an issue of €500million 3.51% bonds due 15 December 2033.

 

The bonds will be issued by Experian Finance plc under the terms of Experian's
Euro Medium Term Note Programme, which is guaranteed by Experian plc.

 

This bond issue extends the maturity of the Group's debt portfolio and
diversifies its funding sources. The proceeds will be used for general
corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
