announces pursuant to the requirements of Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2), that Lloyd
Pitchford, Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of Experian plc,
has been appointed to the Board of Directors of London Stock Exchange Group
plc, with effect from 30 April 2025.
