12 May 2026 - Experian plc, the global data and technology company,
announces pursuant to the requirements of Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2), that
Jonathan Howell, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit
Committee of Experian plc, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of
Centrica plc, with effect from 12 May 2026.
