$9.01 premarket
    ** Company forecasts Q3 net sales of $460 mln to $490 mln,
vs $434.1 mln the company reported in Q3 last year
    ** Expects Q3 net loss per share between $5.50 and $7.50
    ** Company posts 6% drop in Q2 net sales and net loss of
$11.79/shr
    ** As of last close, stock down ~60% YTD
