** Shares of apparel retailer Express  EXPR.N  fall 9% to
$9.17 in early trading
    ** Co reports Q3 revenue of $454 mln, below its forecast
range of $460-$490 mln 
    ** Q3 revenue compares with average est of $471.2 mln by
three analysts covering the stock - LSEG
    ** Co reports loss of $7.09/shr vs forecast range of
$5.50-$7.5/shr 
    ** "Co is continuing to conduct a comprehensive review of
its business model" - Express
    ** Forecasts Q4 revenue in the range of $565-$590 mln,
compared with $514.3 mln reported a year earlier 
    ** YTD, stock is 52% through last close
