U.S. stock index futures slipped on Wednesday as yet another round of talks
between the White House and Republican representatives over raising the debt
ceiling failed to make a breakthrough, keeping investors on edge.  .N 
    
    At 7:32 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.36% at 33,013. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.37% at 4,143.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.42% at 13,671.25.
