    ** Co files automatic mixed shelf offering with the U.S.
securities regulator; size not disclosed
    ** EXR may offer from time to time debt securities in one or
more series - SEC filing
    ** In addition, selling security holders may offer and sell
shares of co's common stock from time to time
    ** Co's PT also lowered by Jefferies to $151 from $158 amid
lower asking rents
    ** YTD, stock had fallen 14%
