    ** The companies aim to support the deployment of large
fleets of AYRO electric delivery vehicles over the next four
years
    ** AYRO and Element intend to initially serve clients in the
U.S. and Canada over the next four years
    ** Element currently has 1 mln vehicles under management
across five countries and serves over 5,500 clients
    ** AYRO is up 14.8% so far this year
