ZURICH, July 17 (Reuters) - Airplane parts maker FACC AG
FACC.VI won a deal with Airbus AIR.PA worth more than 230
million euros ($269.86 million) to deliver entrance areas for
the European jetmaker's A320 planes, the Austria-based company
said on Tuesday in a statement.
Chinese-owned FACC said the deal follows previous Airbus
orders for baggage storage bins and will create 100 new jobs on
an automated production line.
"We will invest several million euros in the expansion of
our production, especially in highly automated technologies,"
FACC Chief Executive Robert Machtlinger said.
