Board Changes

Nicola Pearcey appointed as Chief Executive Officer

 

Facilities by ADF plc (AIM:ADF), the leading provider of premium serviced
production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry
("HETV"), is delighted to announce the appointment of Nicola Pearcey as Chief
Executive Officer of the Group with effect from 12 January 2026.

 

Nicola Pearcey joins the Group from her position as CEO of Picnik
Entertainment, a UK-based company that supports media ventures through
strategic incubation, consultancy and, as an FDA-approved distributor, the
sale and distribution of content alongside Picnik's production collaborators.

 

Nicola is a voting member of both the British Academy of Film and Television
Arts (BAFTA) and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (Oscars).

 

Before founding Picnik, Nicola served as President of UK & Europe at
Lionsgate, where she oversaw the studio's film and television operations.
During her tenure at Lionsgate, she played a key role in the release and
success of major titles including The Hunger Games, La La Land, Knives Out,The
Expendables and John Wick, as well as UK-led acquisitions such as Military
Wives, Fighting With My Family, and Eddie the Eagle. Nicola also helped grow
Lionsgate's UK television slate, contributing to the development of shows like
Motherland,  The Goes Wrong Show and The Pact.  Prior to Lionsgate, Nicola
worked for the Walt Disney Company and MGM Pictures across franchises,
including James Bond, Pixar, Disney, Miramax and MGM libraries.
