Fadel Partners, Inc. announces that it has been notified that Joseph Michael Gruttadauria, a Non-Executive Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 20,000 common shares in the Company on 2 May 2025 at a price of £0.70 per share.

 

Following this purchase, Mr. Gruttadauria holds 20,000 common shares in the Company, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
