On 22 October 2025 Mark Plotkin, Chief Financial Officer, was awarded the following options over the Company's common shares of US $0.001 par value each ("Common Shares") under the FADEL 2023 Equity Incentive Plan ("Plan"):

The market priced share options granted to Mark Plotkin on 22 October 2025 shall become 25% vested and exercisable on the twelve-month anniversary of the date of grant, 22 October 2026, with the remaining balance of option shares becoming vested and exercisable in 36 equal monthly installments commencing with the month following the twelve-month anniversary of the grant date.

 

Including the above grant, the number of options over Common Shares granted under the Plan now represents 7.92% of the Company's current issued share capital.
