Director Share Dealings

Fadel Partners, Inc. announces that it has been notified that Joseph Michael
Gruttadauria, a Non-Executive Director and Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased:

 

·    2,500 common shares in the Company at a price of £0.825 per share on
7 May 2025, and

·    2,500 common shares in the Company at a price of £0.80 per share on
8 May 2025.

 

Following these transactions, Mr. Gruttadauria holds a total of 25,000 common
shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued
share capital.
