Fadel Partners, Inc (AIM: FADL), a brand compliance and rights and royalty
management software provider, confirms that it will announce its unaudited
results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 on Wednesday 25 September 2024.

Additionally, Tarek Fadel, CEO and Ian Flaherty, CFO will provide a live
presentation relating to the Interim Results Investor Presentation via
Investor Meet Company on 26 Sept 2024, 15:30 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
25 Sept 2024, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
