Prisa is finalising the sale of its radio stations in
Argentina to a businessman Carlos Rosales, the owner of San
Lorenzo de Almagro football club, Spanish digital newspaper El
Confidencial reported on Friday citing several sources.

ACS, via its German unit Hochtief HOTG.DE , has put on the
market its 50% stake in one of its flagship projects in the
U.S., the Presidio Parkway, a road that provides access to San
Francisco's Golden Gate bridge, Spanish newspaper El Economista
reported on Friday. The operation, which is in the launch phase,
is estimated to be worth close to 500 million euros.
