PRISA PRS.MC The company said on Wednesday it raised 40 million euros ($43.14 million) in a capital increase representing 9.95% of its capital prior to the operation. It intends to use the proceeds to pay back part of its debt. FAES FARMA FAE.MC The company said late on Tuesday it had signed a contract to buy Portuguese company Laboratorios Edol.
