Faes Farma said on Monday it had signed a contract to buy
100% stake in Global Farma SA for 30 million dollars.

The energy company Repsol, through its subsidiary Petronor,
and the engineering company Sener, will invest 120 million euros
($142.27 million) to launch Spain's first electrolyser factory
at the end of 2022, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on
Tuesday.
EUSKALTEL SA EKTL.MC
Spanish telecommunication company Euskaltel is close to
reach an agreement with Infravia to sell a 49% stake in its
fibre unit, which could be worth as much as 500 million euros,
according to the Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias.

Credit Suisse cut target price to 24.5 euros from 24.7
