Sensei gains as FDA allows testing of cancer therapy in clinical trial

** Shares of drug developer Sensei Biotherapeutics Inc  SNSE.O  rise 13.7% to $1.99 before
the bell 
    ** U.S. Food and Drug Administration has cleared application to conduct an early-stage study
for SNSE's cancer therapy candidate SNS-101 - co
    ** SNS-101 is an antibody which is designed to target the function VISTA protein, which acts
to reduce the function of immune cells in the body 
    ** SNSE plans to test safety and efficacy of SNS-101 as a monotherapy and in combination
with Regeneron's  REGN.O 's already-approved cancer drug Libtayo in patients with solid tumors
    ** Co expects to dose the first patient in mid-2023 
    ** As of last close, SNSE up ~17% so far this year
