Sensei up after receiving and declining Newtyn's buyout proposal

** Sensei Biotherapeutics's shares  SNSE.O  rise 21.7% to
$0.84 before the bell
    ** Co confirmed it had received an unsolicited proposal from
Newtyn Management to acquire all of co's shares for $1/share in
cash
    ** Offer at nearly 45% premuim to SNSE's last close 
    ** SNSE's board rejected Newtyn's proposal citing the
proposal undervalued co's future prospect
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had fallen ~54% YTD
