    French IT consulting firm's Chief Executive Rodolphe Belmer,
who is facing tensions with the company's board of directors, is
close to leaving the group, French newspaper Les Echos reported
on Tuesday.
    The company, which is expected to announce a strategic
update on Tuesday, said on Monday it intended to sell its entire
stake in  French payments company Worldline  WLM.PA  of around
7.0 million shares representing around 2.5% of Worldline's share
