Oct 10 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    AIRBUS  AIR.PA : 
    Airbus on Wednesday reported deliveries down 9% compared
with the same month last year.
    
    SPIE  SPIE.PA :
    French service provider Spie on Wednesday announced the
acquisition of Spefinox.
    
    SANOFI  SASY.PA :
    GSK  GSK.L  on Wednesday said it has agreed to pay up to
$2.2 billion to settle most lawsuits in U.S. state courts
claiming that a discontinued version of the heartburn drug
Zantac caused cancer.
    
    FAGRON  FAGRO.BR :
    Belgium's healthcare firm Fagron on Thursday reported a
12.1% rise of its third quarter revenues, at 214.5 mln euros 
and reaffirmed its full-year outlook.
    
    VALNEVA  VLS.PA :
    Ahead of its investors day, Valneva on Thursday said it
expected to achieve sustained profitability from 2027 if its
Lyme disease vaccine VLA15 is approved and commercialized by
