** Company reports Q2 revenue of $498.7 million missing estimates of $499.8 million, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Quarterly revenue from Scores, the company's largest segment, was $297 million compared to $236.9 million in the previous year

** Company reiterates 2025 adjusted profit forecast of $28.58 per share

** Company's net income for the quarter reached $162.6 million, or $6.59 per share, versus $129.8 million, or $5.16 per share, a year ago

** Up to last close, stock down ~1.5% YTD
