DIRECTORATE CHANGE

 

Further to the announcement made on 22 April 2024, and in line with the
Board's succession plan, the Company announces that Jon Bridel will resign as
a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 31 December 2024, and that Trina Le
Noury will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee.

The Board wishes to express its sincere thanks to Mr Bridel for his invaluable
contribution to the Board since the launch of the Company.
