amended, with registered number 58123 and registered as a Registered
Closed-ended Collective Investment Scheme with the Guernsey Financial Services

Confirmation of Voting Rights

 

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that the total number of voting
rights in respect of the following class of shares is:

 Realisation Shares   41,086,020

*includes 28,585,626 2021 Shares held in Treasury.

2021 Shares and Realisation Shares each carry one vote per share held
(excluding Shares held in Treasury). Therefore, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 418,315,871 and may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
