** Shares of Indian chemicals maker Fairchem Organics Ltd
 FAIH.NS  rise as much as 9.42% to 1,264 rupees
    ** Co on Tuesday reported 5.5% YoY rise in Q4 profit after
tax, rev from ops fell 14.6%
    ** Total expenses declined 16.2%
    ** Share price above 50-day, 100-day simple moving averages
(SMA) but below 200-day SMA
    ** More than 51,000 shares change hands by 11:08 a.m. IST,
2.1x 30-day avg of 25,094 shares
    ** Including session's gains, stock pares some of its
losses, down 7.8% YTD
