** Montreal-based SRG Mining Inc SRG.V is proposing moving
its headquarters outside of Canada in an attempt to skirt a
national security review that would have allowed the federal
government to block its financing deal with an opaque
China-based critical minerals company.
** Canada's federal financial intelligence agency has fined
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce CM.TO more than C$1.3
million ($957,995.58) for failing to flag transactions linked to
