** Insider Jeffery Watts will be the new CEO
** Florness to remain as a strategic adviser to the new CEO until early 2028
** Co says Florness will resign from Fastenal's board when he steps down as CEO, and Watts will join the board to fill the vacancy
** Watts currently serves as co's president and chief sales officer
** Shares down 0.4% at $42 premarket
** YTD, shares up 17.8%
