Dec 22 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    AIR LIQUIDE  AIRP.PA :
    Air Liquide said on Wednesday it received support from Dutch
state for two large-scale electrolyzer projects in the
Netherlands.
    CREDIT AGRICOLE  CAGR.PA :
    Credit Agricole said on Wednesday it was to comply with a
CET1 ratio of at least 8.9% next year.
    FASTNED  FASTN.AS :
    Fastned said on Wednesday it raised close to 11 million
euros ($11.67 million) via a bond issue to fund further
expansion.
    ORPEA  ORP.PA :
    Orpea on Wednesday said it had filed a criminal complaint
against its former chief executive as it continues to
investigate a scandal which includes allegations of potential
patient mistreatment and financial misconduct.
    NEOEN  NEOEN.PA :
    Neoen said on Wednesday it signed, together with Prokon, a
third PPA with Equinix  EQIX.O  in Finland for at least 57 MW of
wind energy.
    TIKEHAU CAPITAL  TKOO.PA :
    Tikehau Capital on Wednesday announced further
simplification of its ownership structure, with its majority
shareholder TCA increasing its stake to 56.33% via an
acquisition of Fakarava Capital, which holds 5.28% in Tikehau
Capital.
