** The firm, which operates data-driven businesses,
sells consulting business First Derivative to U.S.-based EPAM
Systems EPAM.N for 230 mln pounds ($301.6 mln)
** Agreement with EPAM to provide funding for KX, co's
analytics business
** FDPF up about 48% YTD
