Jan 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Monday:

    ** Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC)  2010.SE  will go
ahead with building a petrochemical complex in southeastern
China's Fujian province, the company said in an exchange filing
on Sunday, shoring up Saudi ties with China, the world's top oil
importer.

    ** French bank Credit Agricole  CAGR.PA  said it had bought
7% of Worldline  WLN.PA , in a bid to bolster the payments group
after a slump in its share price last year.

    ** French gaming company La Francaise des Jeux  FDJ.PA 
launched a takeover offer to buy Swedish online peer Kindred
Group  KINDsdb.ST  in a deal it said would create the

    ** Sandoz  SDZ.S  announced a deal to buy Cimerli, a
biosimilar drug to treat vision impairment and loss, from
Coherus BioSciences Inc. for $170 million.

    ** U.S. authorities are investigating B. Riley Financial's
 RILY.O  deals with a client who was linked to a securities
fraud, and the use of his assets to help the investment bank

    ** Polish video game maker CD Projekt  CDR.WA  aims to start
the production phase of the next game in its blockbuster
"Witcher" series this year, the company's new joint CEO Adam

    ** Spain's Telefonica  TEF.MC  said its stake in German unit

tender offer it launched for shares in the company.

    **  British catering company Compass Group  CPG.L  agreed to
buy rival CH&CO in a deal valuing the Royal Opera House caterer
at 475 million pounds ($603.73 million), including debt, marking
its biggest acquisition in Europe to date.

    ** Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC) and Austria's OMV
 OMVV.VI  are poised to resume talks to agree final terms of a
tie-up that would create a chemicals group with more than $20
