Nov 6 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
AIR FRANCE-KLM AIRF.PA :
Scandinavian airline SAS SAS.ST secured an investment
agreement with a consortium including Air France-KLM for
restructuring with a loan from Castlelake replacing its previous
debtor-in-possession financing by Apollo Global Management
APO.N , the carrier said on Saturday.
CHINA/TRADE:
China will further expand market access and increase
imports, its premier told a trade fair in Shanghai on Sunday,
amid criticism from European firms who said they wanted to see
more tangible improvement in the country's business environment.
Li Qiang said that imports of goods and services were set to
reach a cumulative $17 trillion within the next five years.
LA FRANCAISE DES JEUX FDJ.PA :
French lottery operator on Friday announced the completion
of the acquisition of Premier Lotteries Ireland Premier
Lotteries Ireland, the operator holding the exclusive rights to
operate the Irish National Lottery until 2034.
LVMH LVMH.PA :
Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday that the French
luxury group had agreed to buy Los Angeles-based eyewear maker
Barton Perreira.
TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA :
French oil major said on Friday that it was assessing the
impact of U.S. sanctions on the Arctic LNG 2 project in Russia,
in which it has a direct 10% stake and a total interest of 21.5%
via its holding in Russian gas firm Novatek.
VIVENDI VIV.PA :
Telecom Italia TLIT.MI directors on Sunday gave a go-ahead
to a multibillion euro sale of the telecoms group's prized
domestic fixed-line access grid to U.S. fund KKR KKR.N , two
sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
The deal is a key plank of TIM CEO Pietro Labriola's plan to
revive the debt-laden former phone monopoly, whose biggest
investor is Vivendi.
