French company Idsud ALIDS.PA says it had sold off its
0.284% stake in FDJ.
LVMH LVMH.PA
LVMH signed a deal to sell its majority stake in its cruise
retail business.
SAINT-GOBAIN SGOB.PA
Saint-Gobain renewed its 4 billion euros ($4.30 billion)
bank comitments wih a backup sustainabilty -linked revolving
credit facility.
CASINO CASP.PA
Brazilian food retailer GPA PCAR3.SA on Sunday said it has
hired banks to evaluate a potential offering of primary shares
worth 1 billion reais ($203.00 million) as part of a broader
plan to reduce financial leverage.
