Oct 22 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ACCORINVEST:
    Funds managed by Brazilian investment bank BTG Pactual
 BPAC11.SA  received preliminary approval on Friday from the
country´s antitrust regulator to buy the hotel operations of
AccorInvest in Brazil for 1.7 billion reais ($300 million),
regulatory documents showed on Monday.
    
    Francaise des Jeux  FDJ.PA :
    FDJ said it would hold 98.60% of Kindred after the extension
of its public tender offer and it intended to request a
squeeze-out procedure and delist the Swedish company.
     
    GTT  GTT.PA :
    GTT signed a service contract for Eni's  ENI.MI  Coral Sul
FLNG in Mozambique.
    
    RENAULT  RENA.PA /STELLANTIS:
    New hybrid cars sold in the European Union in September
accounted for 32.8% of total new car sales, overtaking the
monthly market share of petrol-powered vehicles for the first
time, data from Europe's auto industry body showed.
