BOUYGUES BOUY.PA
The French construction-to-telecoms group completed the
acquisition of La Poste Telecom.
FDJ FDJ.PA
The French gambling and lottery services provider said it
placed new bonds worth 1.5 billion euros to refinance an earlier
acquisition.
FNAC DARTY FNAC.PA
The French retailer announced it had submitted a voluntary
public tender and exchange offer for between 90% and 95% of
electronics distributor Unieuro for an offer equal to 21.55
million euros ($22.72 million).
ORANGE ORAN.PA
The telecoms group said on Friday it would oppose to steps
taken by French financial prosecutors, including the seizure of
312 million euros, as part of an investigation into VAT rates
applied to past marketing practices between 2017 and 2019.
