FDM GROUP (HOLDINGS) PLC (the "Company")

 

Director / PCA Shareholding

 

The Company has been notified that on 19 March 2025 Logiealmond Estate
Limited, a company controlled by Roderick Flavell (CEO) and Sheila Flavell
(COO), purchased 78,900 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.535 per Ordinary Share.
Logiealmond Estate Limited is a "Person Closely Associated" with Roderick
Flavell (CEO) and Sheila Flavell (COO) for the purposes of Article 3(1)(26) of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
