** Co posts narrower 2025 adjusted pretax profit of 13.7 million pounds ($18.30 million) vs. 34 million pounds in 2024

** FDM's revenue stood at 177.7 million pounds for the year ended December 31, 2025, a 31% drop from the previous year

** Co says areas of group less impacted by ongoing Middle East events will continue to experience modest uptick in activity seen over recent months

** Stock down ~13.9% YTD
