UK's FDM Group hits record low on bleak outlook

** Shares of FDM Group (Holdings) Plc FDM.L fall as much
as 10.9% to a record low of 236p; stock top pct loser on FTSE
Small Cap .FTSC index
** The information technology consultant firm says its 2025
full year financial performance may be below its previous
expectations
** Co expects market conditions to remain uncertain during
2025, adding that it is difficult to predict when they would
improve
** Says it opened 2025 with a lower level of consultants
deployed than it had previously anticipated
** Co forecasts revenue for the year ended Dec. 31 to be 258
million pounds, down 23% on prior year
** FDM fell 31% in 2024
