Result of Annual General Meeting
Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the "Company"), the clinical
infrastructure specialist, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held
today all resolutions were duly passed.
The results of the poll (including proxy votes on the resolutions) are
included below.
