Total Voting Rights

 

London, 1 November 2022 : Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the
"Company"), the specialist medical imaging technology company, announces in
conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1,
that as at 31 October 2022, the Company's total issued share capital consisted
of 13,334,659 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with one voting right per
share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore,
the total number of voting rights in the Company is 13,334,659.

 

The above figure of 13,334,659 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

patient as the tenant.

 

The Company has a number of growth opportunities domestically and
internationally across a range of markets including the NHS, the veterinary
market and private healthcare providers and its highly scalable Software as a
Service ("SaaS")-based revenue model is expected to provide increasing levels
