Feb 13 (Reuters) - Feintool International Holding AG 
 FTON.S : 
    * Feintool takes over forming plant in China 
    * Purchase contract concluded with German Schuler Group on 
Feb. 10 and it is expected to come into force by end of march 
2017 
    * With additional investment and existing nominations, in 
medium term plant should contribute around 30 million Swiss 
francs ($29.9 million) to Feintool's turnover annually
