Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on August 19

ZURICH/BERLIN, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
    
    GEBERIT  GEBN.S 
    Geberit expects to increase its annual sales in the low
double digit percentage range this year, the plumbing supplies
and shower toilet maker said on Thursday, after reporting a 38%

    ROCHE  ROG.S 
    Roche has received approval from the U.S. Food and Drugs
Administration for its Ventana MMR RxDx panel, a diagnostic test
to help identify patients with solid tumours which could turn

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Arzyta  ARYN.S  said it has signed a Brazil disposal
agreement and has entered into an agreement for a new 500
million euro ($584 million) revolving credit facility.  ARYN.S 
    * Ascom  ASCN.S  swung to a first-half group profit of 2.5
million Swiss francs ($2.7 million) compared to a loss a year
earlier.  ASCN.S 
    * Dufry  DUFN.S  said it has renewed its contract with
Cardiff airport for 12 years.  DUFN.S 
    * Feintool International Holding  FTON.S  posted earnings
before interest and taxes came of 19.2 Million Swiss francs in
the first half on sales of 303 million Swiss francs.  FTON.S 
    * Highlight Event And Entertainment  HLEE.S  said first-half
earnings before interest and tax came in at 1.4 million Swiss
francs on sales of 207 million.  HLEE.S     
    * Meier Tobler  METG.S  said first-half earnings before
interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation jumped 83% to 13.1
million, but it expects sales and earnings growth to weaken in

    * Meyer Burger  MBTN.S  posted a net loss of 37.2 million

    * Relief Therapeutics  RLFB.S  said its U.S. partner posted
a positive safety report for Zysesami(Tm) in a study in patients

    * Valiant Holding  VATN.S  said it has issued new covered
