ZURICH/BERLIN, July 14(Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
    
    UBS  UBSG.S 
    A Swiss parliamentary investigation into the role played by
state institutions in the collapse and emergency rescue of
Credit Suisse will take 12 to 15 months to complete, its
president said on Thursday.
    Separately, the Financial Times reported that more than 120
senior Credit Suisse investment bankers are fleeing for rivals.
    
    ROCHE  ROG.S 
    Biotech company Roivant Sciences  ROIV.O  is nearing a deal
to sell an experimental drug to treat inflammatory bowel
diseases including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease to
Roche in a deal that could be valued at more than $7 billion,
the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.
    
    PARTNERS GROUP  PGHN.S 
    Swiss private investment company Partners Group on Thursday
said its assets under management grew 9% to $141.7 billion in
the first half of the year, citing wider bid-offer spreads
throughout the period.
