 * Discloseable transaction acquisition of land use rights  
 * Says group, through Xiamen Youli, successfully bid for the land use rights of 
the land in Huli District, Xiamen 
 * Land was offered for sale by way of tender at a total bidding price of RMB107 
million 
 * Considers acquisition is in line with overall development plan of group, and 
has positive influence on long-term development of group 
 * Total investment amount is expected to be RMB207 million including bidding 
price and estimated construction cost
