 * Inside information potential acquisition of 51% equity interests of a game development company  1022.HK  
 * Company is expected to acquire 51% of a prc game development company 
 * Company expected to sign the formal and legally binding agreement(s) upon negotiation. 
 * Deal for aggregated consideration of approximately RMB6.73 million 
 * As at the date of announcement, co did not enter into any formal and legally binding agreement(s) in relation to acquisition 
 * Feiyu technology international co - one of unit of the company is expected to inject approximately RMB10.77 million into the game development company
