** Stock logs biggest intra-day pct gain since July 8

** Software services provider receives firm commitment of A$16 million ($10.29 million) via placement

** Says issue price of A$0.22 per share, same as stock's last close

** Says proceeds from placement will be used to acquire a construction management software co, Nexvia Pty Ltd

**  YTD, stock up 4.3%
