Australia's Felix Group hits record low after discounted placement

** Shares of Felix Group Holdings  FLX.AX  fall as much as
13.3% to their all-time low of A$0.085
    ** The software company says received commitments for a
placement to raise A$3 mln ($2 mln) at A$0.08 per share
    ** The issue price reflects an 18.4% discount to stock's
last closing price
    ** Separately, co also announces its FY23 results, reporting
a 30% jump in sales revenue 
    ** Stock has fallen ~25% this year, as of last close
